Supporting young people aged 4 to 25 who provide care for a family member affected by disability, chronic or mental illness, addiction or frail age. Mentoring, tutoring, dream experiences, holiday programs, personal development programs and more.

Proveda supports our community in so many ways. One of them is services and support for carers.

Free and local. A lived experience organisation providing resources on suicide, grief and prevention as well as local Northern Beaches peer CARE companions. Support in our local community for people who are caring for a suicidal family member, have survived an attempt or lost a loved one to suicide.

The YCN is a nationally coordinated resource to raise young carer awareness, provide information, and direct young carers to appropriate pathways for support. Bursaries for young carers, guides to financial supports, resources, connections etc.

Young carers are children and young people, 25 years or under, who help to support a family member or friend living with a disability, mental illness, drug or alcohol dependency, chronic condition, terminal illness or who is frail. This organisation and website provides resources, programs, supports and stories; all the supports for the young carers in our community.
