Louise Perkins is an accredited practising dietician who works with clients and their families, helping them to achieve their nutrition and health related goals.  She also works closely with Medical Specialists, GPs and Allied Health Professionals to provide balanced multidisciplinary care for each client as needed.

We specialise in supporting people living with disability, mental health conditions, and complex needs through a range of services.

Sarah specialises in mental health nutrition and supporting individuals with complex needs, including eating disorders, gastrointestinal concerns, and nutrition-related impacts of psychosocial disability. She works with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Based in Collaroy and telehealth available.
