EPIC: Empowering Parents in Crisis
EPIC provides peer support to parents and carers of young people in crisis. Walks are organised every couple of weeks to connect with other parents and gain invaluable peer support.

MoWaNa Northern Beaches Safe Space
MoWaNa Safe Space is a peer led community-based service to support people who are experiencing emotional or suicidal distress. We initially plan to be open for community drop-ins on Friday and Saturday nights 5-9pm. Ph 0478 007 722 during these hours or drop in to The Mind CafeĢ, Shop 3, 1346 Pittwater Road, Narrabeen.
