Information and support for people living with the effects of abuse, neglect, or violence and their support network. There are also bi-lingual counsellors and a disability counselling and referral service.

I work with a person-centred approach, with years of experience in all areas of mental health. I work with individuals aged 16 and above, predominantly drawing on behaviour focused therapies such as DBT, CBT and EMDR.

I use a combination of traditional psychotherapy including CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and ACT. I also bring in training from other modalities including EFT & TFT tapping, Inner Child Work, Hypnotherapy, Quantum Healing and Coaching, Mindfulness and Meditation Practices.

The Family Psychology Practice in Manly Vale is a specialist therapeutic service for children, adolescents and adults. Informed by attachment theory, we specialise in the areas of trauma, separations, anxiety, grief, child behaviour, adolescent issues, perinatal depression, addiction and parenting issues.

At Function and Flow Therapy we provide honest, accessible and neuro-affirming occupational therapy services for individuals aged 0-25 across the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas. Our therapy is designed to be functional, meaningful and integrated into everyday life.

I support teens in navigating their inner confusion, including self-harm and suicidal idea. I support women in rediscovering themselves and healing old wounds. And I work with those on the all encompassing grief journey.
