The Brolga unit assist young people ages 12-17 years who are experiencing mental health problems. The Brolga Unit accepts referrals from Specialist Community Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) teams.

Carers can access 6 FREE in-person 1:1 counselling sessions over a shorter or longer period of time, depending on your needs.

I work with a person-centred approach, with years of experience in all areas of mental health. I work with individuals aged 16 and above, predominantly drawing on behaviour focused therapies such as DBT, CBT and EMDR.

I use a combination of traditional psychotherapy including CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and ACT. I also bring in training from other modalities including EFT & TFT tapping, Inner Child Work, Hypnotherapy, Quantum Healing and Coaching, Mindfulness and Meditation Practices.

The Child Development Clinic is a Developmental Paediatric clinic in Sydney CBD providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and management of developmental, learning and behavioural difficulties. We specialise in assessing and managing ADHD, anxiety, specific learning disorders, intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, behaviour and conduct disorders, mood disorders and emotional concerns.

My aim is to educate, collaborate, support and uplift families/carers, individuals & professionals who are neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, learning differences, etc.) themselves, who support a neurodivergent individual or who may just be looking to understand more about neurodiversity. I will do this from my lived experience as a teacher, as a woman and as an Autistic & ADHD mum to two neurodivergent PDAers.

Located in Herbert St, St Leonards. A free and confidential service for the assessment and management of sexually transmissible infections (STIs), including screening and treatment for STIs. The clinic provides specialist sexual health Medical, Nursing and Counselling Services.
