Dr Xu is a child and adolescent psychiatrist who provides assessment and treatment over telehealth. She specialises in caring for children and teenagers with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, Autism and Depression.

Lisa McLean is a certified Holistic Counsellor and Coach. She has lived experience and supports women via 1:1 Online Counselling as well as offering resources and workshops to share tools and techniques she learned that helps build an inner calm in parents.

Supporting young people aged 4 to 25 who provide care for a family member affected by disability, chronic or mental illness, addiction or frail age. Mentoring, tutoring, dream experiences, holiday programs, personal development programs and more.
